Inlaks Computers, an Information Technology firm, has recognised the patronage of its Nigerian customers. The firm indicated this at its Quarterly Customer Relationship and Feedback Forum held in Lagos.
Speaking at the forum, Managing Director/CEO of the firm, Mr. Femi Adeoti, who was represented by Mr. Tunji Agbaje, an Executive Director, said, apart from recognising customers, the interactive forum was aimed at enabling the company to review its service delivery efficiency with its customers and obtain feedback on its performance.
He emphasised the importance of feedback in improving the company’s service delivery and enhancing its customers’ business through innovative solutions and support services. Adeoti further explained that the essence of the customer relationship and feedback session was to feel the impulse of the customers.
The forum started in 2013 is a quarterly convergence of Inlaks’ customers in Nigeria and is designed to take evaluation from its customers. “Feedback is essential for continuous optimum support and improvements in service delivery; it increases our customer base and a way of recognizing our customers who have given us good business,” he added.
Participants at the forum included all banks in the financial industry, many big players in the Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Manufacturing sectors
During the interactive session, the representatives of some of the customers present commended the firm for the innovation and the foresight in instituting a forum for open assessment by its customers.
The Director, Sales and Strategy, of the company, Mr. Tope Dare, expressed Inlaks’ commitment to the success of her clients’ businesses; thus, always researching and bringing innovative solutions to give the clients an edge over their competitors. He however, reiterated that governments should expedite actions in tackling the infrastructural decay in the country to bring some respite to business owners.
