T24 is an open, scalable and customisable core banking application, ranked as the number one end-to-end banking software application by the IBS Intelligence Sales League Table 2018. Any financial institution that implements T24 has the ability to function 24/7 without any of their operations shutting down at any time. It provides the ability to run end-of-day, month and year operations without pausing or crashing.
Temenos T24 has a lighter version called Inclusive Banking System (IBS) specially curated for smaller financial institution. It is used by Microfinance banks, Mortgage banks and other financial institutions such as asset managers, fund managers.
T24 comes with other modules and suites which can be used without the core banking agnostic such as the wealth management suite, fund management suite, data life cycle management and fixed asset module. These applications are simple to implement with or without Temenos T24.
T24 Infinity is the second distinct line of business of Temenos. This application provides the digital banking platform for financial institutions. It provides banks the leverage to run operations and offer a seamless digital platform integrated with the application. However, T24 Infinity is independent from the core banking system. Thus, allowing it to be easily plugged into existing applications for seamless front end and back end operations.
