Inlaks, has reiterated its commitment to excellent digital financial service delivery to financial institutions in Southern Africa. This was demonstrated at a Breakfast Forum held with the Banking Community at the Venue Avondale, Harare, Zimbabwe. The event themed ‘Implementing Efficient Solutions for Business Growth is motivated by the company’s dedication to fostering innovation and corporate expansion across Africa.

During the forum, Joseph Agyeman- Badu, the company’s Head of Business Development, introduced its innovative digital banking solution, to guests highlighting its features including Customer Relationship Management which assists customers with resolving Complaints, and a Self-Service Portal, the Inlaks Dormant Accounts Management System, Branch Digitization and Omnichannel Digitization.
