Isabella has over 10 years of experience in diverse roles spanning customer service, brand management, marketing communications, and office administration. She has a proven track record for developing, planning, and executing event management and brand amplifying, resulting in brand recognition, and improving sales. She is passionate about service delivery leading to improved customer satisfaction and retention.

Before joining Inlaks, she worked with Samsung Electronics West Africa (SEWA) as a senior administrator and later moved to the role of Marketing and communications (Marcom) manager for the consumer electronics department. Before Samsung, she worked and held a high portfolio for High Prestige Microfinance where she was a sales representative and later scaled to the Branch manager position.

Isabella is an alumnus of the Central University College, Ghana where she had her first bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management., and an MBA in International Trade from Anhalt School of Applied Sciences, Germany. She also holds a Diploma in Project management from the Institute of Commercial Management, (ICM) UK.
