Inlaks Successfully Implements Temenos Transact System Upgrade for Zenith Pension Custodian Limited
March 12, 2025 – Inlaks, a leading ICT infrastructure and systems integrator has successfully completed the upgrade of Zenith Pension Custodian Limited’s (ZPC) System to Temenos Release 24 (R24), marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital transformation journey. This upgrade will enhance service delivery, streamline operations, ensure the production of accurate and reliable financial statements, and facilitate a modern and scalable framework to improve customer satisfaction.
The upgrade encompassed local routine conversion with the upgraded system, report compatibility, comprehensive testing and Knowledge Transfer as well as post-upgrade support. The four-month project progressed through various stages, including initiation, familiarization, technical upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
